24 Hour Phone Service

When a member calls the Cooperative after 4:00 p.m. and / or on the weekends, they can leave a message. If a member wants to report an outage, they can press 9, which will forward the call to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Department. The Sheriff’s Department will then notify the Linemen on call that an outage has occurred.
