Basin Electric Plant Tour
Osceola Electric Cooperative is pleased to offer members of the cooperative an opportunity to tour several of the Basin Electric Power Cooperative facilities, including the Great Plains Coal Gasification Plant, the Cotaeu Freedom Coal Mine, and the Antelope Valley Station. Other sites visited include the Oahe Dam, the South Dakota Capital and the North Dakota Heritage Museum. The Basin Tour will take place in July and the cost of the tour is $150 per person, which includes transportation and 2 nights of lodging. This is a bus tour and seating is limited.
