Osceola Electric Cooperative sells, installs and maintains security lights. There is no labor charge to members for the installation of a dusk-to-dawn light but some restrictions do apply. At this time, if a photo cell or a bulb needs to be replaced, the cooperative charges for the replacement parts but not for the labor to make the repair.
